Ajouter de l\u2019huile au besoin. Saler et poivrer. R\u00e9server dans un bol.<\/li>\n<li>Dans la casserole, attendrir les oignons, les carottes, le c\u00e9leri et l\u2019ail dans le reste de l\u2019huile. Saler et poivrer. Ajouter la p\u00e2te de tomates et poursuivre la cuisson 1 minute \u00e0 feu vif.<\/li>\n<li>Ajouter la viande, les tomates, la sauce tomate, le bouillon, l\u2019origan et les clous de girofle. Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et laisser mijoter doucement, en remuant et raclant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement le fond de la casserole, environ 3 heures ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la sauce \u00e9paississe.
