Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 180 \u00b0C (350 \u00b0F). Beurrer et tapisser un plat de cuisson carr\u00e9 \u00e0 bords droits de 20 cm (8 po) d\u2019une bande de papier parchemin en le laissant d\u00e9passer sur deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<br \/>\n<b><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 1.35pt;\">Dans un bol, m\u00e9langer la farine, les flocons d\u2019avoine, le bicarbonate et le sel. R\u00e9server.\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 1.35pt;\">Dans un autre bol, cr\u00e9mer le beurre avec la cassonade au batteur \u00e9lectrique. Ajouter le jaune d\u2019oeuf et fouetter jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit homog\u00e8ne. \u00c0 la cuill\u00e8re de bois ou \u00e0 basse vitesse, incorporer les ingr\u00e9dients secs et m\u00e9langer jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange soit grumeleux.\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"margin-bottom: 1.35pt;\">Presser les deux tiers de la p\u00e2te dans le fond du moule. Y \u00e9taler le caramel et r\u00e9partir 100 g\u00a0(3 1\/2 oz) du chocolat. Parsemer du reste de la p\u00e2te en crumble, puis du reste du chocolat\u00a0(40 g \/ 1 1\/2 oz).<\/li>\n<li>Cuire au four 25 minutes ou jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9e. Laisser refroidir compl\u00e8tement.
